looks like a little light on the foundation there kids. maybe next to river you would pay attention to soil.

Somebody thought they could save some money by leaving out re-bar. Probably pulled it out after each inspection and moved it to the next building. Wouldn't want to be living in those other towers!

Any more detail on this incident? When it happened? Any one hurt or killed? What caused the failure?
